Wash and dry the car.
Step 2
If necessary, use a clay bar and detailer spray, such as our Clean & Shine Total Exterior Detailer, to remove embedded surface contaminants.
Step 3
To apply by hand, apply a dime-sized drop onto a neat microfiber cloth and rub into finish to remove scratches, paint transfer and/or oxidation.
Step 4
Using a neat microfiber cloth, gently wipe the excess product from the area.
Step 5
If you’re happy with the paint correction, apply a spray wax, such as our Wax & Dry Spray Wax or our Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Coating for a layer of shine and protection. If the paint needs additional correction, repeat the steps. With this rubbing compound, you do not need to worry about damaging the safe coat.
While it aggressively removes heavier scratches, it’s incredibly forgiving, even for first-time DIYers. It goes to work quickly, yet it’s safe for safe coats.
With this car paint polish compound, what you see is what you get – beautifully restored surfaces! The deep color and clarity of the finished product comes from superbly polished paint and safe coat and no masking agents. Just a sparkling gloss, ready for a car wax.
